3月2日，五矿地产（00230）发布公告，宣布June Glory International Limited计划通过公司法第99条以安排方式私有化公司，并撤销公司上市地位。该计划已于2026年2月25日获得法院批准，所有尚未达成的条件已完成，计划将于2026年2月27日生效。
根据公告，公司的上市地位将于2026年3月3日下午4时起撤销。同时，公告还提到公司每手买卖单位将由2000股更改为80万股，自2026年3月2日上午9时起生效，前提是计划已生效。根据计划，现金付款支票将在2026年3月10日或之前寄出。
