智通财经APP讯，时代天使(06699)发布公告，预期本集团于2025财年取得的净利润介乎约2400万美元至3000万美元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)的约1000万美元增加140%至200%。
董事会认为净利润预期增加乃主要由于以下因素：本集团隐形矫治解决方案的使用率提升，得益于国际市场出色的临床疗效与客户服务能力，以及在中国下沉市场和早期矫治领域的持续渗透;依托本集团成熟的全球销售网络、国际一流的全球服务及临床支持基础设施，运营杠杆效应得以发挥，此前在主要市场的本地化销售、服务、运营能力以及中后台职能方面的投入，已转化为更高的运营效率与规模效益;部分中国以外生产工厂投产成本进度延迟，导致2025财年的资本开支及运营费用低于预期;部分法律及专业费用的确认时点因素影响，因若干知识产权相关事宜在2025财年尚处初步程序阶段，报告期内财务影响较为有限;及受到重大战略投资的影响，2024财年利润基数较低。
