智通财经APP讯，康宁医院(02120)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司的公众持股量约为24.11%，低于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第8.08条及第19A.28B条所规定必须由公众人士持有公司已发行股份总数的至少25%。
如申请股份全流通的公告所述，公司已于2025年8月21日向中国证监会提交申请，以将公司928.6万股内资股股份转为H股。在此次股份全流通完成后，公司由公众人士持有的H股数量将增加928.6万股，因此在此次股份全流通完成后公司由公众人士持有的H股数量合计将为2625.8万股，占于本公告日期公司已发行股份总数(扣除已购回但尚未注销的195.98万股H股)的约37.30%，届时公司将满足最低规定百分比。
公司于2026年2月已与中国证监会进行了积极沟通，预计中国证监会将于本月内完成股份全流通相关备案，目前预期公众持股量恢复计划将按照先前公告所载的预期性时间表实施，即预计此次股份全流通将于2026年3月完成，届时公司将恢复上市规则所规定的公众持股量。
截至本公告日期，公司及其附属公司的业务营运继续如常运作。
