　　近日，中国银行作为牵头全球协调人，再次成功协助印度尼西亚政府在香港发行离岸人民币债券，并首发欧元债券。本次双币种债券发行规模约311亿元人民币，是中资机构参与的承销规模最大的东南亚债券发行。

　　本次发行品种包括3年期45亿元人民币债券、5年期35亿元人民币债券、10年期12.5亿元人民币债券、8年期12亿欧元债券、12年期8亿欧元债券及20年期7亿欧元债券，票面利率分别为2.45%、2.65%、3.05%、4.10%、4.47%及4.98%。

　　此次发行双币种债券，是中国银行积极发挥中银香港东南亚区域总部作用、联动拓展东南亚市场的又一成功实践，也彰显了印尼政府对中国银行跨币种、跨市场综合服务能力的信赖与认可。
