Optimax to Start Offering ENT Services Following Malaysian Health Ministry's Nod

Optimax (KLSE:OPTIMAX) received approval from the Ministry of Health Malaysia to offer ear, nose and throat (ENT) services at its Optimax Specialist Centre in Selangor, Malaysia, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares gained about 2% in Tuesday's midday trade.

The approval allows the eye specialist service provider to expand its healthcare offerings by providing ENT diagnostic and treatment services at the ambulatory care centre.

The group has also appointed an ENT specialist to support the new service as part of efforts to broaden its specialist care capabilities, the filing said.
