Guangzhou Automobile Group or GAC's (HKG:2238, SHA:601238) total sales fell 12% to 86,452 units in February from 98,721 units in the year-ago period, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Production for the month slipped 15% to 90,220 units from 105,997 units in the prior-year period.
For the two months ended Feb. 28, sales jumped 3% year over year to 203,074 vehicles, while production declined 10% to 201,015 units.
