智通财经APP讯，中国织材控股(03778)发布公告，为改善生产效率及提升节能，于2026年3月3日，本公司间接全资附属公司江西金源纺织有限公司作为买方，已与第三方卖方Murata Machinery, Ltd.签订合约(即采购合约)以采购若干设备，总代价为504.72万美元。
将予采购的设备为12套村田喷气涡流纺纱机(每套有96个纺锭)。
本集团的现有生产设施采用传统环锭纺技术，于早年安装的若干生产线属劳力密集及高耗能。喷气涡流纺纱机采用革命性的无锭纺纱技术。其利用压缩空气在纺锭内形成涡流，直接将纤维凝聚、加捻成纱线。这与传统的环锭纺纱(依靠锭子和钢领钢丝圈高速旋转)和转杯纺纱(依靠转杯凝聚纤维)有根本上的不同。喷气涡流纺纱技术的优点包括速度极高、纱线品质更佳、制程缩短，以及成本降低。董事会认为，引进喷气涡流纺纱生产设施将可改善生产效率及提升节能。
董事会认为，采购合约的条款及其项下拟进行的交易乃按一般商业条款订立，属公平合理，符合本集团及本公司股东的整体利益。采购合约项下需予支付之代价会以本集团内部产生资金和银行贷款提供。
