智通财经APP讯，亚洲策略科技(01027)发布公告，于2026年3月3日，配售代理与本公司订立配售协议，据此，本公司已有条件地同意由配售代理尽最大努力向不少于六名承配人配售最多500万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份1.80港元，而该等承配人及其实益拥有人为独立第三方。配售股份将根据一般授权配发及发行。
假设于本公布日期至配售事项完成期间，本公司已发行股本并无任何变动，则配售事项项下的500万股配售股份上限数目相当于本公布日期本公司现有已发行股本4.13亿股股份的1.21%;及经配发及发行配售股份扩大的本公司已发行股本约1.20%。配售事项项下的配售股份上限数目的总面值将为16万港元。
配售价每股配售股份1.80港元较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股股份2.20港元折让约18.2%。
预期配售事项的所得款项总额及所得款项净额上限将分别为约900万港元及约870万港元。每股配售股份的净价约为1.74港元。
