目前，俄罗斯已在包括伊尔库茨克州南部和多个高加索共和国在内的 10 个地区完全禁止加密货币挖矿，这些禁令将持续到 2031 年 3 月。不断变化的监管环境使俄罗斯挖矿企业面临投资规划困难。值得注意的是，俄罗斯最大的挖矿公司 BitRiver 正面临破产诉讼，其创始人 Igor Runets 因涉嫌逃税于 1 月被拘留，该公司在布里亚特共和国的 100 兆瓦挖矿数据中心项目虽已完工但从未投入运营。
