鉴于原告已申请上诉许可及于后续聆讯中暂缓执行法院命令，本公司疑虑若法院批准原告暂缓执行命令之申请，将导致：(i)禁制令可能持续生效直至上诉聆讯结束;(ii)此举将限制本公司可采取的行动方案及╱或削弱本公司化解外聘核数师所表达的疑虑及不确定性的努力;及(iii)此举将进一步影响本公司外聘核数师完成审计工作的能力，并可能导致本公司无法于2026年3月31日或之前如期公布2025年经审计年度业绩。
