南方财经3月2日电，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，中铝铝箔（云南）有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由8亿人民币增至约11.5亿人民币，增幅约44%。该公司成立于1996年3月，法定代表人为徐涛，经营范围为铝铸轧卷、铝板带、铝箔产品及食品药品包装、电子电力用铝箔的生产、销售，对外贸易等。股东信息显示，该公司由中国铝业集团高端制造股份有限公司、西北铝业有限责任公司等共同持股。
