3月1日，剑桥科技（603083）发布公告，公告中提到公司附属公司浙江剑桥通信设备有限公司（作为承租人）于2026年2月27日与嘉善县中新产业发展投资有限公司（作为出租人）签订租赁协议，租期为9年9个月，自2026年4月1日起至2035年12月31日止。
嘉善县中新产业发展投资有限公司持有浙江剑桥通信设备有限公司约33.33%股权，因而被认定为公司的关联人士。
根据租赁协议，租金为每月10元/平方米，租赁面积为8.88万平方米，因此在2026年4月1日至2030年12月31日期间的租金总额约为5062万元。2031年1月1日至2035年12月31日期间，租金按实际使用面积和市场评估价的40%折扣计算，若以初始租赁面积计算，租金总额约为3197万元。
此外，公司需确认租赁协议项下的使用权资产及租赁负债，预计使用权资产总价值约为6379万元。
2025年前三季度，剑桥科技实现收入33.60亿元，归母净利润2.59亿元。
