路透河内3月4日 - 越南军方运营的电信公司 Viettel 与高通技术公司（Qualcomm Technologies Inc）签署了一份谅解备忘录，双方将联合开发集成人工智能的智能手机。
Viettel 在周二发表的一份声明中说，根据协议，高通技术公司将提供参考设计和技术支持，而 Viettel 将生产和商业化这些终端。
该公司没有提供生产这些终端的时间表。
Viettel 表示将加入高通技术公司领导的联盟，从 2029 年起在全球部署 6G 技术。
