消息面上，3月3日，固生堂发布公告，于2026年3月3日，公司附属公司山东固生堂健康科技有限公司拟收购济南新阳光的70%股权 、济南蕴生堂的70%股权及济南历城蕴生堂的70%股权。目标公司均为医疗机构，主要于中国山东省从事提供中医服务及药品零售服务。
公告称，收购事项符合集团通过收购扩大线下医疗机构网络的扩张战略，前提是公司认为收购事项将新增集团在中国山东省的市场份额及使目标公司与集团其他线下医疗机构及线上医疗平台之间形成协同效应。
