Alcoa (ASX:AAI) named Emily Olson as its chief external affairs officer, effective April 6, leading its global external affairs and communications organization, the company said in a Wednesday statement.
Olson most recently served as chief sustainability and corporate affairs officer at Vale Base Metals.
The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
