消息面上，新秀丽近日发布公告，拟以美国预托股份(ADS)形式推进美股双重上市。国泰海通指出，新发股份价格将较最后收市价折让不超过15%，同时不得较股份基准价折让20%或以上。在扣减注销库存股后，测算对新增股本后实际净摊薄影响约4.0%。
瑞银发布研报称，从投资者反馈中得悉，新秀丽自2月中旬公布美国双重上市进展以来股价疲弱，或归因于集团对高达15%的发行价折让，以及相关股份稀释的担忧，认为忧虑掩盖了集团在美国上市后，可能获得与全球同业看齐的估值重估潜力。
