智通财经APP获悉，德琪医药-B(06996)高开逾11%，截至发稿，涨11.11%，报3.2港元，成交额65.92万港元。
消息面上，德琪医药与优时比（UCB）今日联合宣布，双方已签署协议，德琪医药将授予优时比在全球范围内推进CD19/CD3双特异性T细胞连接抗体ATG-201的开发、生产及商业化的独家权益，并包括与ATG-201相关的生产技术授权。德琪医药将获得总计8000万美元（包括6000万美元首付款以及额外2000万美元近期里程碑付款），并有望在未来获得最高超过11亿美元的里程碑付款及基于未来净销售额的分级特许权使用费。
德琪医药计划于2026年第一季度在中国和澳大利亚提交ATG-201的临床试验申请，并将在上述两地完成首次人体（I 期）临床研究此后将把 ATG-201的后续临床开发及其他相关开发工作移交给优时比。
