格隆汇3月3日丨伟鸿集团控股(03321.HK)公告，于2026年3月3日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准向不少于六名承配人配售最多1.21亿股配售股份，每股配售股份之配售价为0.039港元。该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。配售价0.039港元较(i)股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.046港元折让约15.22%。 配售事项之最高所得款项总额将约为472万港元。配售事项之最高所得款项净额将约为451万港元，而每股配售股份净价约为0.037港元。公司拟将配售事项之所得款项净额用于集团之一般营运资金及贷款的偿还。
