智通财经APP讯，金山云(03896)公布，于2026年3月3日，迅雷与武汉金山云(公司的附属公司)及星汉智联订立股权转让协议，据此，迅雷将(1)以人民币 5,000万元(含税)的价格向武汉金山云转让其所持有的目标公司深圳市网心科技有限公司20%的股权;及 (2)以人民币7,500万元(含税)的价格向星汉智联转让其所持有的目标公司30% 的股权。
随着目前人工智能行业的发展逐步由训练阶段转向推理阶段，低时延推理有望成为带动算力需求增长的主要驱动力。目标公司作为边缘计算领域的行业龙头，通过在网络边缘部署分布式节点，能够就近处理数据、满足人工智能应用对低时延及稳定算力的需求，具备一定增长潜力。 集团一直审慎物色具增长潜力的投资标的，以优化集团资金运用及丰富投资组合。考虑到目标公司其未来业务增长潜力，是次收购代表一项具吸引力的策略性少数股权投资机会。本次交易预期为在不显着增加集团营运风险的前提下分享目标公司潜在增长成果的合适途径。
