IT之家 3 月 3 日消息，一名拉斯维加斯男子对联邦纵火指控表示认罪，该指控与 2025 年 3 月内华达州一家特斯拉维修中心遇袭事件有关。这一最新进展由美国内华达州联邦检察官办公室宣布。
法庭文件显示，2025 年 3 月 18 日，保罗 · 金铉（Paul Hyon Kim）在特斯拉维修中心正门喷涂“抵抗”（RESIST）字样，随后破坏了该设施及多辆汽车。
美国联邦检察官称，金铉使用一支配备.300 BLACKOUT 上机匣和 7.62 毫米消音器的 PA-15 多口径枪械，枪击损毁监控摄像头，随后向场地内的特斯拉汽车多次开枪。
官方表示，金铉之后向三辆不同的特斯拉汽车投掷了三枚燃烧瓶。其中两枚爆炸并引燃车辆，第三枚未引爆。此次事件共造成五辆特斯拉汽车受损。
金铉对两项州际商业用途财产纵火罪、一项州际商业用途财产未遂纵火罪，以及一项非法持有归类为破坏性装置的未注册枪械罪表示认罪。
根据美国内华达州联邦检察官办公室发布的消息，上述指控的法定最低刑期为 5 年联邦监禁，最高可判处 70 年监禁。
据IT之家了解，宣判定于 2026 年 5 月 27 日，由美国地区法官詹妮弗 ·A· 多尔西（Jennifer A. Dorsey）审理。联邦法官将参考《美国量刑指南》及其他法定因素，最终确定刑期。该案由美国联邦调查局（FBI）、美国烟酒枪炮及爆炸物管理局（ATF）、拉斯维加斯大都会警察局负责调查，克拉克县消防部门提供协助。
