格隆汇3月2日丨四川成渝高速公路(00107.HK)公告，四川成渝高速公路股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”或“本公司”)分别于2025年12月19日、2026年1月30日召开了第八届董事会第四十一次会议、2026年第一次临时股东会，审议通过了《关于公司全资子公司收购荆宜公司85%股权暨关联交易的议案》。同意公司全资子公司四川蜀南投资管理有限公司(以下简称“蜀南公司”)通过现金收购蜀道(四川)创新投资发展有限公司(以下简称“蜀道创投”)所持有的湖北荆宜高速公路有限公司(以下简称“荆宜公司”)85%股权，股权转让价款合计人民币240,942.12万元。交易完成后，荆宜公司将成为蜀南公司的控股子公司，并将被纳入公司合并报表范围。 截至公告刊发当日，公司全资子公司蜀南公司已完成股权交接工作，荆宜公司已成为其控股子公司。公司已将荆宜公司正式纳入合并报表范围。
