OpenAI 周一表示，已对近期与五角大楼达成的协议进行修订，明确禁止其模型通过商业获取的数据开展国内监控活动。此前有批评指出，OpenAI 原协议存在这一漏洞。

　　OpenAI 首席执行官山姆・奥特曼在 X 平台发文宣布此次修改时表示，新条款 “对保护美国公民的公民自由至关重要，外界对此高度关注，因此我们希望把这一点说得格外清楚”。

　　OpenAI 称，五角大楼还确认，OpenAI 的服务 “不会被美国国家安全局（NSA）等战争部情报机构使用”。

　　上周五深夜，OpenAI 宣布与五角大楼达成协议。此前，其竞争对手 Anthropic 未能与五角大楼达成协议，后者拒绝在包括国内监控等部分场景中限制使用其 AI 模型。

　　尽管 OpenAI 曾表示，它与 Anthropic 一样，均禁止将 AI 用于致命性自主武器系统和大规模国内监控，但律师指出，合同中原有的“所有合法用途” 表述为上述两种行为留下了空间。例如，现行法律存在漏洞，政府机构可在商业市场上购买个人敏感数据。
