格隆汇3月2日丨十方控股(01831.HK)公告，截至2025年12月31日止6个月中期，集团总收入3.65亿元，同比增长571.59%，主要由于销售农产品所得收入增加所致。截至2025年12月31日止6个月，集团录得亏损净额人民币179万元(截至2024年12月31日止6个月：亏损净额人民币520万元)，主要由于2025年集团改变营销策略即客户支付更小比例的预付款集团就可发货的模式且销售农产品品类改变为应用面更广、市场需求更大的农产品。销售团队亦同时更换精简为更有经验的管理层及一线工作人员，同时将销售团队的工资体系全面改变为合同完成后的绩效抽成制。 往年销售的农产品即花卉类的产品今年并未主动营销均支付部分预付款给农户后纳入公司库存同时功夫小镇项目内的金花基地以及鸟雨林的多数可销售资产均转换为存货，等待二六年合适行情再做营销以求利润最大化。
