(1) 第一次出售事项：于2026年2月23日，集团透过该银行下达指令出售合共500安士未分配金条，对价约为2030万港元，而有关指令已于同日进行配对。于2026年2月25日，第一次出售事项已完成，且集团已收讫全部上述销售所得款项的结算。
(2) 第二次出售事项：于2026年2月27日，集团透过该银行下达指令出售额外300安士未分配金条，对价约为1220万港元，而有关指令已于同日进行配对。第二次出售事项预期将于2026年3月3日完成，且集团预期将于2026年3月3日收讫全部上述销售所得款项的结算。
(3) 第三次出售事项：于2026年3月2日，集团透过该银行下达指令出售额外700安士未分配金条，对价约为2900万港元，而有关指令已于同日进行配对。第三次出售事项预期将于2026年3月4日完成，且集团预期将于2026年3月4日收讫全部上述销售所得款项的结算。
