智通财经APP讯，瑞丽医美(02135)发布公告，本集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将取得亏损约人民币200万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得亏损约人民币6300万元。本集团亦预期截至2025年12 月31日止年度将取得归属于母公司拥有人的盈利约人民币200万元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度则取得归属于母公司拥有人的亏损约人民币5900万元。
董事会认为，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度业绩改善乃主要由于2024年取得一次性减值亏损，而2025年并无此项。本公司整体业务利润率的提升亦对2025年业绩的改善有所贡献。
