智通财经APP讯，知行集团控股(01539)发布公告，于2026年2月26日，公司、营运方顾根义先生及投资者签订了该谅解备忘录，旨在就集团、营运方(或其指定及受控的实体)及投资者(及/或其关联公司或由其管理或顾问的基金)之间，就人工智能基础设施相关业务的开发，进行一系列合作或交易，并以专属及保密的方式进行。根据公司及营运方的现行估计，相关交易将涉及不少于2.1兆瓦的人工智能计算容量部署。
根据本公司截至2025年9月30日止6个月的中期报告，集团已制定业务策略，因应支援高效能运算需要消耗大量电力，与人工智能数据中心就节能倡议展开合作。该等努力为集团提供了宝贵的见解与联系，让其洞察人工智能算力板块市场的巨大潜力与增长前景。
