智通财经APP讯，连连数字(02598)发布公告，本公司近日获悉，本公司控股股东之一吕钟霖先生所持7371.6万股非上市股份(占本公司已发行股份总数约6.56%)的司法冻结已被解除。吕钟霖先生所持其他1860.06万股非上市股份(占本公司已发行股份总数约1.65%)的司法冻结尚未解除。
于本公告日期，吕钟霖先生直接持有9231.66万股非上市股份，占本公司已发行股份总数约8.21%。根据本公司日期为2024年3月20日的招股章程所披露的一致行动协议，吕钟霖先生为本公司控股股东(定义见香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则)。于本公告日期，章征宇先生、杭州创连致新投资合伙企业(有限合伙)、吕钟霖先生及肖瑟秋女士合共拥有本公司已发行股份总数约35.12%权益，并仍为本公司的一组控股股东。
