智通财经APP讯，永利地产发展(00864)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得亏损净额约2.66亿港元至约2.68亿港元，而2024年则录得亏损净额约2.34亿港元。此主要是由于(i)本集团投资物业之公平值于截至2025年12月31日止年度之减少净额较高，而2024年之减少净额则较低;及(ii)由于提供更多租金优惠以挽留租户，导致租金收入由2024年约2680万港元减少至2025年约2120万港元。
本集团亦预期截至2025年12月31日止年度将录得其他全面开支约3200万港元至约3400万港元，而2024年则录得其他全面开支约4010万港元。此主要是由于2025年之该基金及基金物业之公平值减少。
有关未实现估值变动将不会重新分类至损益，为非现金项目，并不影响本集团之日常营运及现金流。预期截至2025年12月31日止年度之全面开支总额将约2.99亿港元至约3.01亿港元，而2024年之全面开支总额则约为2.74亿港元。
