智通财经APP讯，广南(集团)(01203)发布公告，按2024年归属于本公司持有者的经审核综合溢利1.41亿港元计算，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度归属于本公司持有者的未经审核综合溢利将减少约21%至不低于约1.11亿港元。
归属于本公司持有者的未经审核综合溢利预期减少主要由如下因素所致：受到2025年第三季度猪价回落影响，经营活猪养殖及销售的联营公司业绩增长放缓，本集团应占联营公司利润较2024年同比减少; 食品批发业务受到国内经济环境挑战的影响，本集团预期对业务应收款项相关信用减值损失较2024年同比增加;及于2024 年本公司完成对联营公司—黄龙食品工业有限公司的清算并取得清算收益。2025年没有此类收益。
然而，马口铁业务通过拓展外销、优化产品营销结构及加强降低成本措施，马口铁业务利润同比增加，抵销了上述溢利下降的部分影响。
