智通财经APP讯，国际娱乐(01009)发布公告，通函中“认购协议的先决条件”一节所载首次完成的全部先决条件已获达成，而认购协议的首次完成于2026年3月3日落实。本金额为8亿港元的首批认购票据已根据认购协议的条款发行予认购人。
第二次完成预期将不迟于自首次完成起3个月落实(除非订约方另行书面协定)，届时本金额为8亿港元的第二批认购票据将根据认购协议的条款发行予认购人。本公司将于需要时刊发进一步公告。
经扣除相关成本及开支约200万港元后，首次完成已筹集及第二次完成将筹集的所得款项净额估计约为15.98亿港元，将由本公司按通函所披露的方式使用。
