IT之家 3 月 3 日消息，日本半导体厂商 ROHM 罗姆今日宣布与印度企业 Suchi Semicon 在印建立半导体制造战略合作伙伴关系。
ROHM 正考虑将功率器件和 IC 产品的后端工艺外包给 Suchi 半导体，并已就此启动技术评估，瞄准年内启动量产供货。同时，ROHM 与 Suchi 将共享技术路线图，扩大本地封装产品的生产范围，从而深化双方合作领域。双方还致力于探索更多合作途径，确保发展成为全面而长期的联盟。
IT之家注意到，ROHM 表示其看到了各行业客户对印度本地制造半导体日益增长的期望，此举有利于增强供应链韧性，可为客户提供值得信赖的制造解决方案。
