智通财经APP讯，中国建材(03323)发布公告，中国建材股份有限公司2026年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(第二期)发行规模不超过30亿元(含30亿元)。本期债券分为两个品种，品种一期限为3年，品种二期限为5年。本期债券品种一票面利率簿记建档区间为1.40%-2.40%(含上下限)，品种二票面利率簿记建档区间为1.50%-2.50%(含上下限)。本期债券的募集资金将用于偿还有息债务。
