智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，于2025年1月25日委任新管理层后，经全面审阅本集团财务记录，本公司及其间接全资附属公司海峡石油化工有限公司发现，于2024年12月至2025年1月期间，海峡香港一个银行账户出现一系列未经授权付款。付款总额为880.09万港元，乃由本公司及海峡香港前董事姚国梁先生签署支票支付予数间外部实体。本公司尚未能查得任何批准付款或作出付款的依据的文件，亦未能查得任何相关服务合约、发票或收款实体提供服务的记录，足以证明付款的合理性。
于2026年2月25日，本公司与海峡香港(统称“原告”)对本公司及海峡香港前董事姚先生及谭笑先生(统称“董事被告”)，以及收款实体(“实体被告”，与董事被告合称“被告”)向香港特别行政区高等法院原讼法庭提交传讯令状。原告分别向董事被告及实体被告追讨款项及所得利益，此乃基于董事被告违反其对原告之受信责任，而实体被告则因收取款项而不当得利，及╱或作为知情收款人、不诚实协助者及/或作为推定受托人收取各自份额款项而须承担责任。原告另向被告就下列事项提出索偿：索偿待评估之损害赔偿、衡平法补偿及╱或归还款项、利息、费用以及法院认为适宜之进一步及╱或其他济助。
