智通财经APP讯，奇士达(06918)发布公告，于2026年2月24日，本公司收到来自仁祥的转换通知，内容有关行使附于可换股债券的换股权，将本金额2000万港元按换股价每股换股股份0.160港元转换可换股债券。因此，于2026年3月2日，根据可换股债券条款及条件，仁祥获配发1.25亿股换股股份，相当于紧接转换前已发行股份总数约16.67%及经转换后发行换股股份扩大的已发行股份总数约14.29%。
换股股份在所有方面与配发日期已发行其他股份且彼此之间享有同等地位，并在所有方面享有同等权利(包括股息权利)。紧随换股股份配发及发行后，本公司已发行股份数目将增加1.25亿股股份至8.74亿股股份。
