Banyan Tree's Attributable Profit Falls 7% in H2 2025; Shares Down 3%

Banyan Tree's (SGX:B58) profit attributable to owners dropped 7% in the second of 2025 to SG$33.5 million from SG$35.9 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the hospitality company were down over 3% in Monday trading.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0385 compared with SG$0.0413 in the year-ago period.
Revenue jumped 35% year over year to SG$271.3 million from SG$200.9 million.
The directors recommended a first and final dividend of SG$0.0135 per share for 2025, up from SG$0.013 per share a year earlier.
