China Construction Bank (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) named President Zhang Yi as its chief compliance officer effective Feb. 27, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the lender were down over 2% in Monday afternoon trading.
The move came after board approval for the appointment alongside Zhang's existing role.
