Far East Orchard's Attributable Profit Slips 16% in H2 2025; Shares Down 5%

Far East Orchard's (SGX:O10) profit attributable to equity holders fell 16% to SG$34.4 million in H2 2025 from SG$40.7 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the real estate firm were down nearly 5% in Monday trading.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0701 compared with SG$0.0833 in the year-ago period.
Revenue surged 65% year over year to SG$156.3 million from SG$94.5 million.
The company recommended a first and final dividend of SG$0.04 per share for 2025, unchanged from a year earlier.
