挚达科技（02650）“1拆5”今日实施流动性有望进一步释放

智通财经APP获悉，3月3日，挚达科技（02650）此前获临时股东大会通过的股份拆细计划于今日正式生效。根据公告，公司每一股面值人民币1.00元的现有H股拆细为五股面值人民币0.20元的H股，已拆细H股于3月3日上午九时正开始买卖。

此前2月13日，挚达科技召开临时股东大会，就建议股份拆细及相应修订组织章程细则的特别决议案进行表决。出席大会的股东及授权代表合计持有33,636,010股H股，占已发行H股总数约56.26%。结果显示，全部投票赞成，无反对票和弃权票。由于获得三分之二以上票数支持，该决议案获正式通过。

公司方面表示，于建议股份拆细生效后，假设自公告日期起至建议股份拆细生效日期止期间，概无进一步发行或购回及注销现有H股，则将有298,944,035股已拆细H股发行及缴足。已拆细H股的新股票将以黄色印制，原有的蓝色股票自今日下午四时十分后将不再适用于买卖、结算及登记用途，但仍可作为所有权证明文件保持有效。
