3月3日，网易-S涨超3%，消息面上，网易发布公告称，公司于2月27日接获港交所通知，告知其2025财年以金额计的全球总成交量中，有55%或以上在香港联交所完成。因此，根据香港上市规则，公司股份交易已被视为大部分永久转移至港交所市场，或将在一年后被视作双重主要上市。
公开资料显示，网易在香港上市属于二次上市，即以美股为主要上市地，在港新增挂牌。值得注意的是，在港进行二次上市暂不符合纳入港股通条件，实行双重主要上市之后，只要符合相关资质要求，即有望纳入港股通。网易表示，正评估转换为双重主要上市的影响。
