消息面上，美国最高法院裁定IEEPA关税违法，特朗普政府此前依据该法案加征的对等关税被认定为不合法。国泰海通指出，此裁决取消了专项税种(对等+芬太尼关税合计20%)，但随后特政府新增了122条款关税(15%)。该行认为，由于122条款受法定上限与有效期约束，其影响有限，这使得康耐特光学等公司面临的关税压力有所缓解。
据了解，康耐特光学2024年美国收入占比约13%，此前对美综合有效税率一度接近40%，其中包含该20%违法关税。国泰海通表示，根据裁决内容，此前已缴纳的相关关税可能涉及退税补偿，若能追回这些关税，将直接增厚2026年的净利润，这对康耐特光学来说是一个利好消息，退税或将显著改善其财务表现。
