消息面上，中国秦发发布盈警。预计全年录得除税后亏损不超过人民币9800万元，较去年由盈转亏。主要由于剥离国内山西煤炭业务。国盛证券发布研报称，本次盈警明确了公司剥离国内山西煤炭业务带来的财务影响，已终止经营业务亏损不超过2.26亿元，标志公司历史遗留的亏损资产已基本出清。
该行指出，公司彻底卸下包袱，未来将完全聚焦于资源禀赋优越、成长空间广阔的印尼煤炭业务。2025年SDE煤矿原煤产量同比翻倍，洗选煤产量增长超9倍，可见SDE一矿的产能爬坡进展顺利，凸显未来产能增长路径清晰且确定性高。
