彭博引述知情人士称，美国官员正考虑限制英伟达(Nvidia)向单一中国公司出口人工智能(AI)加速器的数量，曾探讨将每个中国企业购买英伟达H200芯片的上限设在7.5万枚，超微半导体(AMD)功能类似的MI325芯片出货量也要计入客户的限额。这类芯片在科技界备受追捧，主要用于开发和运行AI模型。 知情者称，对华总出货量仍有可能达到100万枚，即特朗普团队此前在监管流程中设定的上限。但目前绝大部分申请集中在少数几家中国科技巨头手上，若按酝酿中的单客购买上限，这些公司加起来最多也只能拿到几十万枚。每位客户7.5万还不到某些大型科技企业私下向英伟达表达的购买意愿一半。 英伟达上周表示，仍然没有来自中国数据中心的营收，而且即使美国放行，也不知道中国是否会允许进口。迄今为止，华盛顿仅批准了少量的H200芯片出口。
