ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，软银支持的日本最大无现金支付提供商 PayPay 正寻求在纳斯达克 IPO 中融资至多 11 亿美元，公司估值有望超过 100 亿美元。
PayPay 计划以每股 17 至 20 美元的价格发行 5500 万股美国存托股票，股票代码为“PAYP”。此次发行原定于周一启动，但因周末中东冲突引发全球市场动荡而推迟。PayPay 目前拥有超过 7000 万注册用户，占据日本智能手机支付市场主导地位。
去年 10 月，PayPay 收购了币安日本 40% 的股份，并与币安日本建立资本和业务联盟，旨在将数字支付与加密货币连接起来，让币安日本用户能够通过 PayPay Money 为购买提供资金并提取收益。PayPay 成立于 2018 年，由软银旗下电信子公司与雅虎日本合资成立。
