智通财经APP获悉，老铺黄金(06181)跌超5%，截至发稿，跌5.46%，报683.5港元，成交额2.62亿港元。
消息面上，老铺黄金近日上调金饰价格。花旗指出，据该行调查显示，老铺黄金于上周六(2月28日)平均加价27%，大部分产品加价25%至35%，创历来最大加幅。花旗认为，此次大幅加价主要受金价上涨带动，加上管理层有意维持毛利率40%以上，并巩固其高端品牌定位。花旗表示，虽然公司加价可能会令敏感型客户需求放缓，但预计同业可能会在3月跟随加价，加上3月天猫女王节及4月SKP百货周年店庆的促销活动，预计老铺的销售压力将得以缓解，需求将在未来一个月逐步恢复。
而据花旗估算，老铺产品平均每克价格已达到2,512元人民币，若考虑10%折扣则为2,260元人民币。以目前金价每克1,145元人民币计算，并考虑6%的增值税扣除率及其他生产成本，预计老铺的毛利率在标价下将恢复至49%，及扣除10%折扣后恢复至43%，老铺是花旗在中国珠宝板块的首选股。该行预计，在强劲的同店销售增长、新店开设及营运杠杆效应支持下，公司盈利前景强劲。
