智通财经APP讯，和誉-B(02256)发布公告，公司董事会获本公司创始人、执行董事、首席执行官兼董事会主席徐耀昌博士(徐博士)告知，其已于2026年3月3日于公开市场购买合计4.5万股本公司普通股(股份)，平均价格为每股股份约港币11.26元，占本公司全部已发行股份总数约0.01%。紧随购买后，徐博士于合共81,769,968股股份中拥有权益，占于本公告日期本公司全部已发行股份总数约12.02%。
据徐博士告知，其对本集团的业务前景及增长充满信心。在符合适用的法律及监管要求下，徐博士不排除会在适当时候进一步增持本公司股份的可能性。
