南财智讯3月3日电，纽曼思（02530.HK）公告，公司无法于2026年03月31日或之前刊发（2025年报），现将延迟刊发。董事会预计2025年报将于2026年04月30日或之前刊发。延迟刊发原因为：公司与原核数师国富浩华未能就审计费用调整达成共识，导致其辞任；新任核数师富睿玛泽需重新开展审计工作，而审计进度受多项因素影响，包括：(i)公司主要附属公司的关键财务人员变动，导致编制及提供财务资料延迟，特别是期初结余资料，且所需资料获取周期延长、材料需多次澄清及跟进；(ii)2025年第四季度财务及其他部门人员忙于新产品推出活动，参与深入讨论工作流程及澄清已提供文件的时间减少；(iii)特定未决审计事宜，尤其是与期初存货、期初合约资产及所得税拨备有关的事宜。
