智通财经APP讯，诺科达科技(00519)发布公告，吴涛先生因希望投入更多时间于本集团附属公司的营运及发展，已提呈辞任本公司执行董事，自2026年3月3日起生效。
董事会同时宣布，为配合本集团整体业务发展方向，吴瞻明先生将辞任本公司行政总裁(行政总裁)，专注推动本集团策略发展。彼辞任行政总裁后，将继续担任董事会主席(主席)兼执行董事，自2026年3月3日起生效。
为支持本集团业务重点调整，并把握人工智能(AI)机械人等高增长领域的发展机遇，董事会认为，强化具备相关专业经验的领导团队至关重要。
鉴于上述情况，董事会欣然宣布，王春生先生(王先生)已获委任为本公司执行董事兼行政总裁，自2026年3月3日起生效。
