智通财经APP讯，科利实业控股(01455)发布公告，李舒野先生因本集团内部职务调配，并为遵循香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则附录C1所载企业管治守则(企业管治守则)的守则条文第C.2.1条有关区分董事会主席与行政总裁职责的规定以达致良好企业管治，已卸任本公司行政总裁(行政总裁)一职，自2026年3月3日起生效。李舒野先生将留任执行董事、董事会主席，以及董事会薪酬委员会(薪酬委员会)及董事会提名委员会各自的成员。
于李舒野先生卸任行政总裁后，董事会欣然宣布，李晨女士(李女士)已获委任为行政总裁，自2026年3月3日起生效。
