3月4日金融一线消息，交通银行公告称，涂宏因到退休年龄，已向董事会提交书面报告，辞去该行业务总监（同业与市场业务）职务，辞任自2026年3月4日起生效。
涂宏1989年加入交通银行，曾兼任该行上海市分行行长、交银理财有限责任公司董事长、该行总行金融机构部总经理、资产管理业务中心总裁，曾任该行总行金融市场业务中心总裁、金融市场业务中心/贵金属业务中心总裁、金融市场部总经理，纽约分行总经理，总行国际业务部副总经理，广州分行副行长等职务。其已确认与董事会和高管层无意见分歧，且无需通知股东和债权人的事项。他的离任不会对董事会运作及经营管理造成影响，且已做好工作交接。
