Veon's (VEON) Beeline Uzbekistan and Rakuten Group unit Rakuten Symphony have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore strategic collaborations focused on Uzbekistan's digital development, the companies said Wednesday.
The companies will explore collaboration on areas such as network deployment, optimization and development, as well as digital services.
